We are seeking a customer-focused and organized Service Advisor to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, understands vehicle maintenance, and can provide a smooth service experience. As a Service Advisor, you will be the bridge between customers and our service technicians, ensuring all vehicle service needs are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns, service needs, and expectations.
 - Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repair options, ensuring clarity and transparency.
 - Create and manage work orders, detailing required services, parts, and estimated costs.
 - Coordinate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely repairs.
 - Communicate service status updates to customers and explain any additional recommendations.
 - Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive service experience.
 - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, vehicle history, and service transactions.
 - Promote service specials, warranty packages, and preventative maintenance plans to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
 
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Customer Service Representative, or related role is preferred.
 - Strong automotive knowledge and the ability to explain technical details in a customer-friendly manner.
 - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
 - Proficiency in basic computer systems and service management software.
 - Customer-first attitude with a focus on building long-term relationships.
 - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
